INTENT : Creating a film festival designed to promote the film industry in the 19th district (place of history for the culture of television and film). For its first edition, 19 Any court would particularly like to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the borough.
Programming will be based on three axes: 1/ The projection of archives on the 19th arrondissement of Paris - short story. 2/The projection of a selection of short films out of competition - we love short. 3/ A call to the creation on the theme 19 Any court in a format less than 5 minutes.
THE CALL COMPETITION "19 TOUT COURT"
Subject: the subject is very free, since the only rule imposed is that this is a report with the title of the festival, 19 Tout Court
Duration : Max : 5 minutes.
Medium shot: Accepted : all like 8’, super 8, 16’, DV, HDV, 35’, phone, …
Support, container and codecs: The support of the work will be a DVD / The container should be a file. Avi or DVD standard to be easily readable on a DVD player. / The video and audio codecs will be readable by a majority of DVD drive saloon for compatibility when the selections by the jury and during the screenings to the public. / The DVD provides and containing the work will not be returned.
Closing date of filing: The Works will be handed up June 15 (at réception)
