Today, I would imagine even a small but fine bread. A loaf of bread from the well stocked and minimalist range of bakery - chain stores, "Mantei. It just has a diameter of about 20cm and is officially called "Schinderhannes" - the unofficial and internal name in mahogany, however, "the agency's bread", because for about 2 years ago the bread here has become the absolute long-running and is barely imaginable. Because of its size, it is quickly consumed and costs only 1,90 €.

The cold soup is a great recipe for hot summer days. The kefir and beetroot soup is refreshing, easily digestible and quickly and easily prepared. 
1 liter kefir 1 large glass of red beets in strips 3 shallots or half an onion
1 cucumber or 3 small cucumbers 1 bunch dill Salt & Vinegar
